Rainy Days, Time to Solder

June 13, 2011 Leave a comment

With all the rain that has been falling lately, chances to race have been a little scarce. To help stave off boredom I took the chance to redo my wiring, which I have been meaning to do since doing the 90 degree servo mod. The work was pretty straightforward, transponder wire was a cut and shut, and the servo and ESC wires were soldered off the board then shortened and reattached.

Bling Pics

I promised some better pics of my car so here they are. I’ve also got some nice new toys lately which I hope to write about soon, namely the CRC “Rocket Fuel” lipos and new Orion VST Pro 4t motor. For this post I’ll let the pics do most of the talking.

Things to look out for are the 90 degree servo mod, TRF shock conversion, Flying Fox RC NT1 diff, and the new CRC and Orion goodies. Now for the pics…
